The Sounds of Rain is a free extension for the game, and it works for all versions of the game. If you are using a mobile device, you will have to download the application, but for a PC or a Mac, you can just install it directly.
The application contains a list of rain sounds that you can use for your game. It also allows you to add your own sounds. If you feel that the rain is not loud enough, you can also add your own music.
